These terms govern your use of the More Land app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
1. Using More Land
You must be at least 13 years old to use More Land. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don't use the app to violate the law, interfere with its operation, or misuse the data or services (maps, event listings, place information) it surfaces.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, under their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase, unless cancelled beforehand through your device's subscription settings. We don't process payments or refunds ourselves — refund requests go through Apple or Google.
Deleting your More Land account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it separately through your platform's subscription settings, or it will continue to renew and charge even after your account is gone. The app will remind you of this before you confirm account deletion.
3. Third-party content
Event listings, place information, maps, and weather shown in the app come from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Mapbox, Wikipedia, Open-Meteo, and similar providers) and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We don't control or guarantee that content — verify anything time- or safety-sensitive (event times, venue changes, weather conditions) directly with the source before relying on it.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
More Land is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Land and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The More Land name, app, and its original content and branding are owned by us. Third-party content (maps, event data, place descriptions, images) remains the property of its respective providers and is used under their terms — see the Privacy Policy for the full list of sources.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
